1. As an administrator, locate the field experience/practicum/internship course.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the course number that you wish to add a field experience/practicum/internship evaluation.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the section number where you wish to add a field experience/practicum/internship evaluation and click on the Create Activity button.
   
   
   
   
4. Give the activity a title that indicates the semester when the evaluation is being conducted; select the evaluation template you wish to use; and select Student from the Student dropdown box.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the Publish button, and your field experience/practicum/internship evaluation should now be visible to course instructors, students, and field experience/practicum/internship supervisors.
   
   

NOTE: You will have to repeat this process for every section where you want a field experience/practicum/internship evaluation to be deployed.
