Oscar Patrón is an Assistant Professor of Higher ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø and Student Affairs. Through asset-based approaches, his research centers students at undergraduate and graduate levels, men of color, and resilience alongside social identities. Funded by the Spencer Foundation, Patrón’s most recent collaborative project explores leadership approaches and equity orientations among institutional agents. His research has been published in The Journal of Higher ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Review of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøal Research, and Men and Masculinities, among other peer-reviewed outlets. Visit his for a list of publications.
